Spring Youth Workouts
We will be running workouts for DV Wrestlers (K-8) on Monday nights from 6:15-7:30PM. Should you want to participate, please sign and bring with you this waiver when you first attend. They will be meaningful and productive workouts to help us keep learning this great sport!
The summer clinic is setup again and will run in June this year for wrestlers entering grades K-8. the dates are June 18th to the 21st from 6PM to 8PM each night . Click "Summer Clinic" on the left for more information and the registration form.
For those wrestlers entering grades 7-12, we encourage you all to consider attending the Lycoming wrestling with us. The dates are June 23rd - 27th for both the Jr High and High School Camps. Click here for more information. Please email DelValWrestling@dvrhs.orgshould you have any questions.

For those wrestlers competing this spring and entering grades 7-12, we strongly encourage you all to hit the Freestyle/Greco circuit. It is what most of the elite wrestlers across the country are doing and the earlier you get exposed to this, the better you will be. Click here for more information.
Del Val just started their athletic Hall of Fame and our Wrestling Program had 3 members of the 12 member inaugural class. They are Jamie Wicks (1988), Coach Vince Fitz (1971-1990), and our #1 in NJ 1984 Wrestling Team. Congrats guys!
In January 2015, with a 30-24 victory over Warren Hills, we earned our 700th career victory. Congrats to all our fans, coaches, parents, & wrestlers from all years of DV Wrestling.This is a victory shared by all of us!!!
Click on the title above for a highlight video of the legendary Jamie Wicks. Jamie was a 2x NJ State Champion for Del Val in 1987 & '88 and the Outstanding Wrestler in '88 as well. He was 92-5 for his career and 54-2 in dual meets. In his 54 dual wins he had 37 pins, 5 forfeits, 4 tech falls, 3 majors and only 5 decisions. Of his 37 pins, 27 were in the 1st period!

Leave a Lasting Legacy
Orders can be placed for our Wrestling Pavers at any time. New pavers will be added to the existing paver walkway entering the Wrestling Room.
